ASK® LYSE 5DC (Non-Sterile)
PURPOSE
The ASK LYSE 5DC is, a lysing reagent, used on the cell analyzer (COULTER STKS and MAXM) for WBC 5 parts differential counting.
PRINCIPLE
The principle of cell analyzer counting was the COULTER Principle, sometimes called the Electronic Impedance Principle, invented by Wallace Coulter in 1974.
